Here's how our order process works:
1. You fill out our order form and send us your files.
2. A member of our team will personally review your files. If your files don’t follow our requirements, that's okay! We’ll give you the option to resubmit corrected files, or we can set them up for you (rates apply).
3. You'll receive a confirmation and invoice. Once paid, your order is placed in our print queue. We'll let you know when your order is complete - turnaround times range between 3 and 10 business days following payment.
By submitting an order, you acknowledge that any file setup required is billable.
